No. You can choose to post one job, choose your 4k contacts, select your deployment date, and you are set. You will have five posts left in your account to use within 12mos.
We deploy these emails on your behalf. You choose the deployment date after choosing your contacts, we are notified, and your email deployment is in the queue to be deployed.
All of your applicants are available to access in your "Applications" folder, from the Menu. This folder is live and contains all of your applicants. This includes general contact information and their resume if they have uploaded one. (Screenshot)
